Note: Please do not attempt to return tires to your local warehouse -- they will not be accepted. 

ITEMS DELIVERED TO A TIREBUYER INSTALLER

Most orders delivered to a TireBuyer installer can be returned free of charge for up to 45 days after delivery. The products must be at the installer’s location for pick-up.

For replacement orders, the customer is responsible for any additional installation fees.

Items cannot be returned if any of the following apply:  

  • Products were used off road
  • Products have uneven wear or a difference of 2/32” between the grooves
  • Products have been altered in any way (siping, studs, etc.)
  • Misuse

The following products can only be returned if unused/never mounted:

  • Wheels
  • Winter tires
  • Motorsport tires   

 

ITEMS SHIPPED TO A HOME ADDRESS OR OTHER LOCATION

Orders shipped to any location other than a TireBuyer installer can be returned for up to 30 days after shipment. 

Only un-mounted, unused products can be returned.

The following charges apply for returns: 

  • $7.50 per item for items dropped off at an approved FedEx location
  • $15 per item for FedEx pickup 

For replacement orders, the customer is responsible for any additional installation fees.

If the product return is due to a TireBuyer error, TireBuyer will pay the return shipping costs.

Orders returned from Alaska or Hawaii will be refunded for the cost of the products, less charges for shipping both ways. 

Refused orders

Refused orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Orders that are shipped to a home address and refused will be charged for shipping both ways.

If an order is delivered to a TireBuyer installer and then refused by the customer, the order may be subject to return shipping charges. 

Refunds

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original form of payment. Installation fees will not be refunded. 

Warranty claims

Please consult the manufacturer’s warranty materials to ensure that your issue is covered. To make a warranty claim, please complete our online return form or call us at (866) 961-8668.

Credits for warranty items may be issued to the original method of payment or via a paper check.

Damage claims 

If your shipment arrived damaged, please complete our online return form or call TireBuyer Customer Service at (866) 961-8668. We will report the damage to the shipper and schedule a reshipment. The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing materials for return. The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to us.
