Solid Winter performance
LM60 in 225/50-18 size fitted on a 2011 Mustang V6 front AND rear...
Highway use (500miles/week); 75 mph (weather permitting).
This tire is more of a performance snow than the dual compound LM-25 which is a hard core snow tire. This winter was mild ('11-'12) but the snow that did fall presented no problem. A slight bit of pulling side to side in 4-5 inches of slush but a reduction in speed straightened up our course. Wet only, 80 mph is fine depending on the amount of water on the road. Zero hydroplaning under sane speeds.
Medium soft ride quality. Slight tire noise at 40mph, disappears as speed builds.
When the outside temperatures climb to 50F or higher, this tire becomes quite soft as the rubber compound is designed for the cold. Caution is needed as the tire can be easily overpowered in curves or during sharp lane changes. Not an all-season tire !
I've put on about 8 thousand miles on 'em with only a slight bit of wear. If its cold out, I suspect the wear will be even less...
Hope this helps....

Tires are awesome for overall season driving
These tires are great for all season. Turning might be a little difficult because these tires are made for rain and snow. I haven't really driven it in the snow but in the rain it's really good because it has a lot of traction against rain and water. On turns with any car or tire should be slowed, but these tires have a lot of grip on roads and cornering. For me safety should always be #1 priority. A bit of noise while driving with these tires but who cares because safety is top. Will buy these tires again.

You need Blizzaks on an MS3 in the snow.
The Blizzak LM 60 made my MS3 an entirely different car. It went from unusable in the winter to a beast on the icy roads of the Northeast. Honestly loved them from the second I had them put on.
This morning the tire light came on, but I suspect that was due to the cold front that came through (high of 2 degrees F.)
I plan on getting a new set of blizzaks as soon as I have to. They made my car feel safe to drive in the winter and provided peace of mind for those "just in case it snows" days.

One of the better snow tires out there.
Overall I would recommend this tire, and I do, to all people driving on ice and in snowy conditions. Here in Wisconsin, especially with our first storm of the season, being 15 inches of snow, the tires worked great.
