Continental ExtremeWinterContact Tires are a studless tire which perform strongly when compared to other tires in icy and winter conditions. This winter snow tire was designed with inclined longitudinal grooves in order to have better traction and braking in snow. Also contributing to that are the void and grip edges in the center contact patch, with traction ridges in the grooves.

No Snow ??? Extreme Winter Contact
Did not have any snow to try these dedicated snow tires,handled better and with less road noise than anticipated. I did have an unexpected off road experience, with traction control, actually handled mud beyond my expectations. Received my order in 2 days !!! Thanks

Great tires and great prices

As good as Blizaks, but cheaper
I would usually buy bridgestone blizaks in whatever form that was the latest offering. I chose to buy these because they were about 40% cheaper and still a name that I felt that I could trust. I can not attest to the longevity of these tires but they grip like nothing else I have ever had. I feel as though I am driving on dry pavement. All I can say is that if my winter car survives long enough to need new new tires I will buy these again.

These are even better than blizzaks. They give me confidence to get to my destnation even in bad weather.
