VERY GOOD This brand came ON the vehicle from the factory as vehicle was purchased NEW and was one of the front tires. Vehicle abruptly started vibrating/shaking at low speed one day when wife was driving it. Turned out to be due to steel belt separation or DEFECT involving the mid portion of the tire tread area, which visibly was noticeable as tire was out of ROUND. Road side assist stated tire was factory defective...but still holding air. It also had significant tread life left on it, as do the other 5 original tires on the vehicle currently. Checked with Dodge Dealership where truck was purchased new...and they advised I take it to a General Tire Dealer for replacement and pro-rated credit based on tread life remaining. Problem was, could not locate any GENERAL TIRE dealer local to me, to take the tire to for inspection?? If you have any suggestions in this regard, since I still have the defective tire, please advise. I had replaced the bad tire with the spare (which was new), in order to match the two front tires (same brand), I was able find a match through Tirebuyer.com. When the time comes to need to replace "ALL" six tires since truck is a dually, am not likely to purchase General Tire Brand. Never had a problem like this with a defective tire before, and the lack of accessibility and availability of General Tire Service in my area is a real problem. Would be interested in replacing the defective tire with a new one...if I could receive a reasonable credit accordingly. Any advise in this regard would be appreciated. Could this be done through TireBuyer.com somehow? November 11, 2011
Good tire and super fast delivery. This is a good company to do business with. I ordered 1 tire and within 2 days it was sitting on my front porch. Excellent delivery time. They also had the best price including shipping of anyone out there. Good product, fast service, and the best price. What more could you ask for. I would recommend this comany to anyone. Excellent wear Original tires. I probably did not check tire pressure as much as I should. Rotated tires twice, maybe three times most. Usually try to keep air pressure at 32-34. Last week the tires had 89,000 miles, I pumped up the rear tires to about 42. Put 1200 lbs of stone in the bed and went home. Tires have had even wear. Not the best in deep snow. My Accord can go places the F150 could not. June 18, 2011
WELL BUILT TIRE !... THESE TIRES ARE GREAT FOR THE PRICE, THEY ARE VERY REACTIVE TO THE STEERING COMMANDS...VERY LITTLE SIDE ROLL, WOULD PURCHASE THEM AGAIN !.. January 6, 2011
