Good Ride - Horrible Traction
Liked these alot to start, but I went in for a patch job after having them for two years with 34K on them and was told they were "dry-rotted". After looking around online it seems this is a common issue. Unfortunately the dealer told me this wasn't a warrantied problem so I just kept driving on them. Turns out it was and they should have been prorated.
The ride on these was very good and I was happy with the traction. Better on snow than on rain which was unusual but worked well for me.
Even so with the number of weather cracking and sidewall issues I've been seeing (and Goodyear not doing much to help me out or acknowledge the issue) I don't know if I want another set anyway. I'm gonna definitely go with another brand next time.

good deal
this is the second time i have ordered tires from you. i was concerned about getting them mounted etc. however Thompsons in Oakridge was very profesonial and courteous. It was a 25 mile drive but worth the trip I will do it again.

Great tires, great buying experience.
The Goodyear Assurance Comfortreds were purchased to replace the Comfortreds on my wife's car. The tires we replaced gave us great service in wear, and performance. The winters in Northeastern Ohio give a real mixed bag of snow, ice, sleet etc. These tires performed flawlessly in all kinds of weather. My wife insisted on the same tire to replace these Goodyears.

Low road noise and better braking!
I've only had these tires for a month, but I could feel better braking and lower road noise immediately. These tires also have a deeper tread depth (11) instead of the typical (10) on most tires, so I hoping the there will be longer wear life. There's an 80,000 mile warranty, so I'll be covered either way!
