Good replacement tire for Dakota R/T
My 2001 Dakota R/T was on OE 255/55/17 Goodyears, which are now very difficult to find (and expensive if you find them). The Nitto 275/50/17 NT450 was a nearly perfect match relative to diameter, and the wheels are wide enough (9") to handle the slightly wider tire. I haven't tried the tires in heavy rain (there's a drought in Kansas, you know!), but significant summertime towing of race car and trailer has been uneventful with the Nitto's. Also, these tires are rated for significantly more load than the OE G/Y's, so there is a more comfortable margin for my load/towing situation.

Great daily driver.
Excellent tire for the price. Great traction on all surfaces so far with no observable ware after a few thousand miles. Low noise and great comfort while driving for a ultra high performance tire.
