    Terrific tire buying experience! Each and every one of these Hank's guys are awesome! Somehow I got a slash on the side of one of my tires and I decided to splurge and replace 2 rather than just the one bad one. My tires were not available anywhere in the state of California or anywhere in the western U.S. actually so I had to buy them online but I chose Hank's (AAA rated) to do the install. Got an email saying that the tires were in so I had the car flatbed towed over there, had my friend follow me... and nope, the tires were not in yet. No problem for Hank's - without even asking them to do it, they put on a brand new "loaner" tire so I'd have use of the car for the next 3 days and they told me they'd call me when the tires came in. They did, I drove over there and they gave me the white glove treatment while they installed my tires. EXCELLENT! I talked to Hank for a while and he is very cool. I'm pretty sure he's retired but he loves hanging out there and the shop is still in the family. I'll probably check them out for service when my car needs it, too. This was a great experience all the way around. THANKS GUYS! January 25, 2012
    Grat place for installs!! Hank's tire was a great place to go for installation. ordered tires Wednesday night and they were installed Saturday. Very friendly and knowledgeable. they even put my old tires in trash bags to load in my car as i wanted to sell them. Thanks Hanks!! January 4, 2012
