I was impressed how smooth and efficient everything went.I was contacted as soon as my tire arrived to be installed and when i came in the shop to have it done there was no waiting and it was done in no time.

Great Service
Excellent service. Friendly, proffesional,and couteous staff. Tires were mounted, balanced and installed on the car within 20 minutes of my arrival. I reccomend them to anyone.

Tire King notified me immediately once tires were delivered and I was able to bring my car in on a Sat. (no appt necessary, but first come, first serve) and installed my tires.

Not considerate of customer's time
A representative called from Tire King to inform me that the tires had arrived and to set up an appointment for the installation. I arrived the next day at the appointed time, but had to wait at the front desk for about 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. (There were a couple of reps in the vicinity doing other things.) Finally, I met with a rep, signed some papers, and handed over keys. I could see from the waiting room that it took over an hour before they even brought my car into the work bay. Another lady in the waiting room had a similar experience. We were never approached and told about any delay or given any explanation. What was the purpose of making an appointment?! An apology, or even an explanation for the delay, would have done a lot to maintain customer satisfation.
