Overall positive experience; would order again
Goodyear auto shop was extraordinarily accommodating on timing and staff was very pleasant. I did have to return for a re-balance because of "clunking" on one side (no additional charge). It still doesn't feel 100% right, but is much better (and I haven't yet gone back). Alignment machine was having issues, so shop recommended coming another day. While I'm not sure whether I would use this shop for all car needs, it was a fine choice for installing tires.

Terrible service for low profile tires
I had to go back 3 times to get my tires installed.
Trips:
1 - couldn't install tires due to broken mounting machine
2 - could only install one tire due to broken mounting machine...again (drove around on one new tire for 3 days)
3 - finally put the other tires (3) on, but couldn't align the car due to the laser not reaching across the car. Tech on the phone told me they couldn't align the car due to the backlog of work.............when I arrived 15 minutes later, manager told me a different story (laser issue)
What a joke and waste of time --- they'll never see me there again.

Great shop
They recommended Tire Buyer. Got the tires shipped in one day, made an appointment the next. I dropped my truck off in the morning and they had my tires installed by noon. No complaints.

Entire experience was excellent.
Ordered tires on Monday from TireBuyer. Received Email from Arlington Auto Care on Friday that tires were available for installatiion. Arrived at 11:00 AM. Installation took a little over an hour. Very satisfied with Arlington Auto Care.
