Fantastic Dealer. World Class Service! Fantastic installation and service at Pugh's Service Center at the new Greenville NC Dickinson Avenue location. Mr Frankie Pugh and his staff provided outstanding service. I received a call as soon as the tires arrived at the service center from the manager/owner no less. They answered all my questions concerning the installation of the tires, balancing, and types of weights. The service center staff (Josh) provided me a ride to the office and even picked me up when the work was completed. The tires were installed professionally and looked beautiful. The car remained cleaned without finger prints, etc. I am extremely pleased and will do business here again on a regular basis. Mr. Frankie Pugh and staff are fantastic. You will be pleased with their tire installation service...they know how to treat customers. July 18, 2011
