I was called as soon as the tires came in and scheduled a convenient time to take my car by. I left it one morning and came back to get it that afternoon. All has been fine.

Got it Done
Idol's tire sent me an email and also called and left a message. I dropped my car off and told them they could take all day if they wanted to. They got it done in about an hour. Also, their decor/waiting room is definitely interesting. They have a dude made out of a muffler.

I was very pleased at the level of service I received, especially after just dropping my car off mid-afternoon without an appointment. Kelley Bros. replaced my tires that same afternoon, and delivered my car to my workplace. Great service, guys - keep it up, and you got my business from now on!
