Good Shop
At first, it's hard to find the store because it is located in the back of plaza but overall the store looks properly equipped. The person working on my car, John, was really helpful and nice and worked on the car really well. Overall I would take my car back there.

Easy to find and great service!
The technician is very friendly and professional. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I would recommend friends and families to use Genuine Automobile in San Jose for all their car needs.
They finished my car with the exact time that I was told when I drop it off.

Excellent service
Two days after purchasing the tires I was notified of their delivery and it took 20 min of my lunchtime to replace them at Tires Unlimited, Santa Clara. Great professional service. Thank you.

Fast, quick service
They got my new tires mounted quickly for a good price. I also had my alignment done here. The staff here was knowledgable and patient.
