Excellent Experience
The tires were waaay cheaper thru TireBuyer than I could have gotten at the dealer. The dealer called me as soon as they came in and installed them the next day. no fuss, no muss. I will do all of my tire purchases this way in the future

No appointments
They don't make any appointments which made it difficult not to waste my time. They also neglected to tell me I needed an alignment on my tires until after they were done and I was in the back of their new line of customers

Simple and convenient from start to finish
CH Tire at this location is an old establishment and the facilities are outdated and very basic. Luckily there is a shopping mall accross the parking lot. The staff is courteous but busy.
Ordered the tires on line around 10 PM and had an e-mail from the dealer before noon the next day telling me that my tires were in. Brought the car in early on a Saturday morning and they were put on the vehicle in about an hour and a half. No hassles, no problems. Shipping was free!

Great service, wonderful folks.
Tire King has been my car care center for years. They're friendly, give great service, do good work, and are always price competitive, even with the big box stores. And the convenience of having multiple stores in the area is a plus. Highly recommended!

Easy transaction, quick installation!

Very pleased with the service
I dropped my car off at Tire King at Ram's Plaza and was told that it would be ready in about an hour and I could pick it up then. 45 minutes later they called and said it was ready. I am used to car services estimated at 1 hour taking an hour and a half, so I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I have already been back to Tire King for different service. Definitely recommmend.

Very professional and punctual
This is the second time we have used this dealer for tires on this vehicle. They are friendly guys, and had the car ready in basically exactly the amount of time they specified. They called to ensure we knew the tires had arrived at the store, and they checked in with us after a few days when we hadn't had a chance to get them installed. It can be tricky to find reasonable dealers in the auto industry, so we will return just based on knowing there is a certain level of respect you can expect at this location.
