Very Pleased w/Tire Buyer and Griffin Bros
I did a lot of research on tires both here and on a Toyota Tundra forum. Nitto tires seemed o be the best play, more specificly, the terra grapplers. But when I saw the Nitto 420's and read the reviews I was sold. I have been pleased ever since. They are excellent tire. So much so that I bought another set for my wife's 2008 Sequoia.

Overall purchase and installation was easy
Easy purchase, good dealer "overall" for communication, handled transaction well. The only thing that did not go well is the car was not ready when they said it was and I had to wait almost 1.5 hours (when they had the car all day). It was very frustrating.

Very well satisfied!
Just a word to say that I have well appreciated the good service when I was in Charlotte, NC, in March 2011.
When I went to your store at 2h30 PM , I was a day before my appointment at 8h00 AM, Mar. 11th.
The saleman accepted to install my new tires immediatly, even if it wasn't the right time.
Work was fine and no bad surprise for me. So I could come back home safely with new tires.
So thank you very much to Griffin Brothers and its staff!

Would highly recommend
Their service was awesome and timely. They called when the tires arrived and set up a time to install and pick up the car immediatetly. Even had them do a full alignment without any issues.

Great value and Great service
Great value on the tire with prompt shipment. It was good to have a competitive price, the tire delivered to the shop and everything ready when I arrived.
