Personable staff
Very attentive to my needs. Provided additional follow-up after the purchase of tires. Concerned about fixing the problem.

Nice guys, but tires installed incorrectly
Everyone I encountered at Jenkins was very friendly. They put my tires on quickly (less than an hour). They did not charge me anything on top of what I paid for installation on Tirebuyer.com. So all of that was good. There were two problems, though. One is that they seemed to have really been rough with my rims. I painted my rims three years ago. When I got these tires put on, each rim had several knicks. The second problem is that these were unidirectional tires, and two of the tires were put on the wrong way. The guys at the alignment shop caught the mistake.
