Highly recommend!
My experience went very smoothly. Griffin Bros. is very professionally run. It is clean. They have a very competent staff and the wait was reasonable and enjoyable. They even offer sodas, good coffee, and popcorn while you wait. The only hitch I had was something went wrong with the delivery status and I had to call them to ensure that they had received my tires rather than them calling me. I'm not sure where the fault lies for that, but it is easily overlooked in the total experience.

Great Service and Very nice people
Wayne's Tire Service was fast and very friendly. They got me in and out with hardly any wait at all on a very busy Saturday morning. I will be back for the next set.

Good dealer and excellent price!
Wayne called me to tell me my tires were in and I explained I would be in first thing in the morning. He then told me no rush to come in anytime the next day. I did not make it over to Kannapolis until about 10am. He said something like, "Oh, you're the guy that said he'd be in at 8. I'll see if we can fit you in." This is the only reason I gave them a 4/5 in customer service. The job was done right and actually pretty fast! As for Wayne, I guess he was busy and some customers got to him (the shop was pretty busy when I was there). It happens sometimes! I would go back in a heartbeat... this place was the best for the money hands down!
