Unpleasant Service
My 45 min. appointment turned into over 2 hours for the install,
The sensors wasn't working, the tires were out of balance.
The employees were very unprofessional. I was charged a fee
that was included in the install price.Three trips to get tires
installed and wasn't able to replace the sensors that was perfectly fine before the install. I will buy my tires from tirebuyer
but will NOT use this installer.

Do Not Use the True Value Bumper To Bumper
While I was waiting for the dealer / installer to locate my information a customer came to the counter with a complaint.
I ask for a manager but he couldn't answer my questions. I was
going to be charged a fee that had already been applied to my
charge card. I ask for a refund on the installation fee and stated I
would take the tires with me but was refused.I called another
manager later in the day to ask for the install refund and wanted to
pick up the tires and was refused again. Poor unprofessional sevrice!

Good service on a great product
I called the dealer to check on the tires he said he had received them and that I could bring my jeep right down. 1 hour after the call I was on my way home with the tires installed
