Great experience with install Quick response upon receiving tires from TireBuyer. Quick install and balancing of tires. Car radio and center console experienced electrical problems immediately following install of tires but most likely unrelated. August 23, 2011

Very good experience I had a very good experience, getting my tires changed, balanced and aligned. they took my car in on time and I was out in couple of hours. I cannot say how good the tires are since I have only had them for a month or so, but I am happy so far. August 10, 2011

Tire King has a good reputation; they deserve it. They called me when my tires arrived, and also sent me an email. My tires were installed; they look great on my car. I had other services (alignment, emission inspection) done by them, that payment was handled separately with no problem. The handoff from Tire Buyer to Tire King was transparent to me, which was good. All in all, a very smooth transaction, and at an excellent price as well. July 13, 2011

No appointments They don't make any appointments which made it difficult not to waste my time. They also neglected to tell me I needed an alignment on my tires until after they were done and I was in the back of their new line of customers July 13, 2011

Simple and convenient from start to finish CH Tire at this location is an old establishment and the facilities are outdated and very basic. Luckily there is a shopping mall accross the parking lot. The staff is courteous but busy. Ordered the tires on line around 10 PM and had an e-mail from the dealer before noon the next day telling me that my tires were in. Brought the car in early on a Saturday morning and they were put on the vehicle in about an hour and a half. No hassles, no problems. Shipping was free! July 13, 2011

Very pleased with the service I dropped my car off at Tire King at Ram's Plaza and was told that it would be ready in about an hour and I could pick it up then. 45 minutes later they called and said it was ready. I am used to car services estimated at 1 hour taking an hour and a half, so I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I have already been back to Tire King for different service. Definitely recommmend. July 22, 2011

Very professional and punctual This is the second time we have used this dealer for tires on this vehicle. They are friendly guys, and had the car ready in basically exactly the amount of time they specified. They called to ensure we knew the tires had arrived at the store, and they checked in with us after a few days when we hadn't had a chance to get them installed. It can be tricky to find reasonable dealers in the auto industry, so we will return just based on knowing there is a certain level of respect you can expect at this location. July 12, 2011

Not considerate of customer's time A representative called from Tire King to inform me that the tires had arrived and to set up an appointment for the installation. I arrived the next day at the appointed time, but had to wait at the front desk for about 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. (There were a couple of reps in the vicinity doing other things.) Finally, I met with a rep, signed some papers, and handed over keys. I could see from the waiting room that it took over an hour before they even brought my car into the work bay. Another lady in the waiting room had a similar experience. We were never approached and told about any delay or given any explanation. What was the purpose of making an appointment?! An apology, or even an explanation for the delay, would have done a lot to maintain customer satisfation. November 14, 2011
