    i woudlnt recommend this shop to anyone this place never sent me a noticication advising me once my tires arrived at their shop. finally i called about 2 weeks after the order date and they had a hard time locating my tires. this shop closes daily at 5pm which didnt work with my work schedule so i decied to go in on a saturday during operating hours. i had gone up there around 1pm but the entire shop was closed and i wasnt sure why. the sign on the door said theyre open til 5 on the weekends to. ill be ordering again soon form tirebuyer.com but i wont be going back to this shop again.     Poor installation They called me as soon as tires were delivered from tirebuyer.com and scheduled installation. Staff was polite and friendly and installation did not take a long time. However, later I found out that tires were not balanced properly (my steering wheel would start to vibrate significantly as I approached 65-70 mph. They also did not put one of the lug nuts back, which is a safety issue. I do not know whether this is something that happens all the time or just my own installation went wrong, but based on this experience I would not recommend this dealer for tire installation.     Excellent service My set of tires arrived at the service station and I got intalled within an hour. Service manager was very courteous and friendly. The station was very clearn and the staffs are very professional. They did not tried to sell anything extra. family oriented service station, will return to them for future needed of services.
