Called me when the tires were in, no hard sell on the road hazard, no surprise extra charges beyond the tirebuyer invoice (which has NOT been my experience at other online vendors' installers) and in-n-out in 1 HOUR on a Sat. morning.     S&S has excellent customer service. S&S Tire treated me as if I bought the tires from them. They were very friendly and helpful. They took me on time and mounted the tires quickly. It was an overall excellent experience. They even offered me lifetime tire rotation on the tires. I would definitely return to S&S Tire for all my tire needs. January 23, 2012

    Everything went smooth and fast. Thank you. Tire delivery only took a few days. We were quickly notified upon tire arrival. Installation only took twenty minutes. We wre in and out in no time. April 25, 2011

    Good Service Tires were mounted with no problem. Only problem was related to oil change i also had done. When I got home i discovered puddle of oil on my driveway. Took it back in and was told they forgot to install gasket on the drain plug. Fixed it but didn't offer any compensation for my troubles. January 23, 2012

    Fast install. Dana Tire was supposed to notify me when my tire arrived at their shop. They DID NOT do that. I had to call after waiting several days wondering where my tire was. It had been sitting at their shop the whole time. When I showed up to get my tire installed, the receptionist was indifferent and did not greet me. After waiting in line for 5 minutes, she told me I needed to go to another desk. Then I went back to the service desk where the man behind the counter seemed annoyed that he couldn't sell me any other services besides the 1 tire I wanted installed. The tire was installed quickly. They gave me the free service of checking and filling the air in all my tires. After checking myself, I was left with 4 different air pressures. I then had to wait in the owner's office while they figured out how to process the paperwork from Tirebuyer.com. They did take the time, however, to put my spare neatly back under the trunk cover. Bottom Line: They are decent and quick at replacing a tire. They do need some help figuring out the proper way to interact with customers. January 29, 2012
