Very unprofessional The installer over torqued the lug nuts causing 2 studs to break and didn't bother to fix them. He let me drive off and I found it when I got home. Also the sales person at the counter tried to charge me for the installation fees that I already paid over the internet. It took several minutes with the manager to get this resolved. The whole situation was very unpleasant. September 19, 2011
