EXCELLENT! I was really skeptical. The price quoted for mounting and balancing was so reasonable. And being the type to worry, I thought maybe when I get there they will try to sell me a bunch of other stuff or say they found things wrong with my vehicle to increase the work and bill. But no! They were very pleasant and professional. I was in and out of the shop (with no additional paperwork) within an hour. Absolutely the easiest tire buying experience I've ever had. I recommended this dealer to everyone and a week later, my husband bought 4 new tires for his car from Charleston Tire. January 24, 2011
