It was an excellent experience. The first time where i bought something and it was shipped somewhere else, the transaction was seamless. Also the customer service was excellent. I would buy from tirebuyer again.

Good experience
This was a smooth, hassle-free experience. The tires were delivered when promised and D&D was ready for me when i got to their shop. Tirebuyer has the best prices on the tires and D&D made it better with a friendly, professional staff. Will use them again....

Pleasantly Suprised
I went with the cheapest installer on the site, which in hindsight, was not the best idea. The shop is always packed and service can get very poor during peak hours. They had a rep to deal with all of the TireBuyer people who was always either on the phone or away from his desk. They do not have clear instruction or directions to follow if it is your first time at the shop.

Great Service
They have a first come first serve policy and as I had a baby with me could not wait the 3 hours, however they told me to come back before they were closed for the nigh, garaged my car and mounted the tires first thing in the morning and it was ready no waiting! They offer lifetime rotation and balancing and have absolutly NO complaints! I have already reccomemded them! Very friendly fast and efficient 5 stars in my opinion!!!!!

Best tire installer in the DC area
I have been coming to Radial tire for over 10 years and they never cease to amaze me. They run their shop like a machine, and be sure to get there at least 60 minutes before they open to assure you get out of there in an hour or so after they open. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Highly HIGHLY recommended.

Effecient Service
The guys at Radial Tire were very efficient. They made sure I was made aware of what was transpiring before they did anything.You don't need an appointment and they get you out as soon as possible. I didn't wait all day to get my tire on. Yes I will come to them again if I need more tires.
