Over and above
They went over and above by fixing the other guys mistake and getting me out of a jam. Great service and a very helpful staff. I would recommend them to any one.

Tire Buyer & JACK'S TIRE & OIL were great.
When shopping around I found T/B to have the best price on the product I wanted. Also, the web site was easy to navigate and user friendly. The web site offered realistic reviews of the products by everyday drivers who use them. I liked having several installation establishments to choose from, and I live in a fairly small community. Jacks Tire & Lube accommodated my schedule for installation, which was the same day as delivery, and offered good advice for tire rotation and balancing. The tires have performed really well thus far, but need more situations to give an honest review. I was surprised the tire was equal in road noise as my Toyo Muds. But hey, it’s a 35" tire! All tires this size makes noise, even the best all-terrains. One thing I like a lot is the FC II's come with a lot of meat, (tread depth) that is. I’ll keep you posted on performance in different situations I get into.
