    Mixed experience The dealer never called me to say that my tires had been delivered. I called after the estimated delivery time and they had been at the dealer for over a week. August 11, 2011

    Ok but not great Inwas not notified by email or phone when my tires arrived. I was also charged for Valve stems and couldn't find a way to remove the charge. My car has tire pressure monitoring stems, so I didn't want new rubber stems. I asked the dealer to adjust the price and he claimed he couldn't, that I would have to take it up with the seller. Not really worth the hassle, just left me unimpressed. May 8, 2011
    Pleasant and efficent. In and out in 45 minutes, no appointment needed. I would use them again. March 3, 2011

    Poor liability When you walk in the door, pay attention to their 'we're not responsible for...' wall. I thought I received a great service from them. I had them change out all four tires (two each visit). They seemed very nice and were helpful, allowing me to check the condition of my CV axle, while they had the tire off. Overall, I thought they did a great job, until I tried to change out the CV axle... Turns out they stripped a lug nut. The moment I tried to remove the tire, it refused to come off. Finally, with a lot of force trying to loosen it, the bolt holding it snapped. I called them up, explained the situation, and asked if they could fix it (I even bought the replacement bolt). They want 30-40 dollars to fix it if it's an easy job, and more if it's harder. I don't have enough money, so at this point I'm driving around with 3 of the 4 original studs. I would recommend them, if they were responsible enough to fix their own mistakes. November 5, 2011
