Poor Although the staff was courteous at Big G, it took forever for them to get around to putting the tires on the car (3 - 4 hours), they serviced other customers first, they must not view Tirebuyer customers as important. I would rather have the tires shipped to my house (or a business address) and find someone to do the mounting and balancing than be ofrced into using the limited selection of dealers offered by Tirebuyer.
