I never got a notification once my tires arrived at the shop.
I had to backtrack and find out where my order actually was.
Once I made my own appointment, service was good, fast, and even cheaper than expected. Satisfied.

It was good but the staff is not very professional
THe tire shop was pretty good. They called me as soon as they got them (24 hours after I ordered online) and they had them installed in 30 minutes. The staff was good but they guys were swearing up a storm and i didn't really appreciate that. Other than that it was great!

Great Serevice
I was very happy with the service from Jack's Tire and Oil. They emailed me as soon as the tires arrived and installed them that day. I also decided to have them do an alignment since my previous tires wore irregularly. Their pricing and service were great.
