Burnetts was fast, friendly and took great care of me. I was concerned at first about ordering tires online but everything worked out really well and they took great care of me and my car.

I really like the shop and the guys, they are pros, they even will give you a ride home if you need to drop off car!! I remember service again. Prices are fair.

It took 3 trips to get my alignment done
I had my new tires installed at this location. They had my alignment done the same day I was there. However, within a month I noticed the alignment was bad. I scheduled another appointment to fix the alignment. Called again in the morning to confirm before I drove there. By the time I got there I was told their machine was not functioning since the morning. Wish they had better communication and could have told me about that before I drove. They also had all my information wrong in the computer (first name, address, phone number). At the end, I made another appointment and confirmed twice before I drove there. So far so good.

These guys are great
Burnett Automotive at College and Quivira was fantastic to work with. Very pleasant staff made me feel welcome. No high pressure, just knowledgeable folks to help you. Would recommend to anyone and have been to family and friends!

Service was excellent!
Tire center was very close to my apartment. They said that they could take me right in. Easily the best tire buying experience I have had.

Good Experience
Tires arrived next day and I was immediately called for an appointment. They were able to accommodate my schedule and installed quickly. Only improvement is that less than a week later I needed to get the wheel bearings replaced. It would have been nice if the dealer would have mentioned that I had an issue/problem.

Great Dealer
Burnett Automotive were great to work with. They notified us as soon as the tires arrived and scheduled a time for them to be installed quickly. Very friendly and courteous. Overall an excellent experience.

Fast, friendly, polite service
I wasn't sure if the staff at Burnett Automotive would appreciate the fact that I had purchased my tires through Tirebuyer.com and they were only being paid to install and balance the tires. They treated me as if I were a valued customer and were timely and efficient. They didn't try to sell me on allignment or anything that I didn't need.
