I had a appointment for 1:00 PM, dropped the car off at 11:00 AM for 2 front snow tires and the car wasn't ready until 5:00 PM. Although timeliness was very poor, they did an excellent job installing the tires and put the old tires in bags before they put them in my trunk.

Was able to get me in quickly. Took 2 hours to install 4 tires, but overall decent service.

Friendly staff member and outstanding service!
I found this Car Worx, Inc, on line as one of the installers for my on-line TireBuyer.com tire purchase. The tire was delivered on time and the installation at Car Worx was perfect! I was also impressed with the friendliness of the staff member I dealt with and the great service I was given. Of note the store representative also spoke very highly of the store owner who was actually at his wedding at the time when I was at his store. He obviously enjoys his job and has a lot of respect for his boss. Highly recommended from a very happy first time customer.
