Poor Although the staff was courteous at Big G, it took forever for them to get around to putting the tires on the car (3 - 4 hours), they serviced other customers first, they must not view Tirebuyer customers as important. I would rather have the tires shipped to my house (or a business address) and find someone to do the mounting and balancing than be ofrced into using the limited selection of dealers offered by Tirebuyer. June 27, 2011

Very friendly and fast!!! I needed tires put on both of my vehicles, I made an appointment for my car, drove it down, they put them on and then I drove home, and back to A&M and they put the other set on my wife's van, all under an hour!!! November 11, 2011

competent service Pennzoil Quicklube is a bit off the beaten path for most Pittsburgh folks, but they were they did their job in a time and competent manner, didn't try to scam either myself or anyone else while I was there, and their prices were altogether reasonable. All in all, I would recommend them to anyone needing basic car maintenance or tire installation. March 21, 2011

Excellent service The manager of the store called me personally as soon as my tires were in. No appointment was needed, and when I showed up at the shop I was taken in right away. The staff was very friendly and efficient and sent me on my way in less than 30 min. Their price was also less than most local shops for the installation. Will use them again with my next tire purchase. January 11, 2011

Highly Recommend Had never been in their business before and I thought they only sold plumbing supplies (they sell a little of everything at reasonable prices). I expected them to only change the tire on the flat I had in the trunk but they mounted it on the car and put the spare back under the vehicle (pretty tough to do and I was dreading it) without being asked.
