Rated 5 out of 5 by Welder Dayton Timberline ATS they wore out prematurely in the rear for some reason or other haha. i baught a set of BFG MTs and they started to wear with in the first ten thousand miles so i took them off and designated them for my offroad buggy only. I went to the tire store to find dayton wasnt producing anymore but the Firestone Destination AT was the same I put the Daytons on the back at half life, and the identical Firestones on the front. all winter long my 4X4 was broke and only when we got 3 ft of snow did i decide i was snowed in . These tires exceeded my every expectation. they go far better than the BFGs offroad with the exception i havent been in any deep mud yet with the firestones. thinking ill be getting 50-60 thousand out of the fronts and a respectable 40 out of the rears. I was running used tires for some time and changing the rears with every oil change. until i got ahold of a set of michelin AT 2s also a great tire the firestones better in my opinion though. Gonna be putting the firestones load range E on my new Diesel. February 25, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Tires I love the difference I felt with tires...I went a little thicker ply and and little wider...what a ride..My truck loves these tires and we are off road alot...they perform well ! December 10, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Tire!! I have nothing bad to say about these tires. I had these tires put on my Expedition three years ago and I have about 50k miles on them. They are excellent tires on all surfaces. I use this vehicle for everything...heavy hauling, off-roading, and city driving. Snow is no problem, I have made it through multiple snow drifts with these tires on my vehicle that were 3ft high or to the top of the hood. I also use my vehicle for getting wood in the winter and have no problem driving through a foot of snow in the fields. If your looking for a good all year tire or even just a good snow tire, these are it. You will not be disappointed. September 28, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by My second set of Firestone Destination A/T's This is my second set of Firestone Destination A/T's. I rode my first set out to just about 80k. I went a bit longer than I should have; they were just down to the wear bars. This is a great all around tire. They're quiet around town and quiet on the highway. I'm always impressed with how quiet they are for a tire with large tread blocks. Our Grand Cherokee is my daily driver. We also take it up north to a weekend cabin (on a dirt road) year round; mud, snow, wet conditions; no problems at all with these tires. I find they do excellent in the snow as well.I'm very happy with these tires. So much so, I'm a repeat buyer. December 4, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by tire looks great and performs well 33 12.50 15 tires are getting difficult to find in a med tread design. Very happy with Firestone design. October 28, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great on my '85 LandCruiser I got these for my 1985 Toyota LandCruiser. They are really serving me well in light and heavy snow conditions... even without shifting into 4WD I'm able to climb steep hills and maintain excellent control while others are skidding off the road. In 4WD I can get through 2' snow without trouble. Not the quietest tires, but I don;t drive the quietest vehicle either. Smooth on the highway at 60-80MPH, no issues. January 24, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Mr. The tires arrived on time. We have to deal with some light snow here in the winter and the tires perform very well in those conditions. It's a relatively quiet tire, but has good tread when I need it. February 22, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by 4th pair First used these tires up in the U.P. of Mich., a lot of snow and road on ice most of the year. Although nothing is very good on ice these are fair. I hunt and the traction whether it be rock, mud, or snow beats most tires I've had, that is why I purchase these tires. Plus on trips you are not hearing these as apposed to big lugged tires.
