Rated 4.7 out of 5by 50reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5by Great Quality...Huge Difference! Just moved to NH. My car was having trouble with any level of snow. Slipping and spinning often. It was doing okay...nothing too dangerous and I used another car with snow tires for highway trips not trusting my all season tires to the heavy speeds.I finally made the decision to invest in snow tires because my tires did not stop at a stop sign one day...and I was spit out into the road. Luckily, there was no oncoming traffic.I have little money so finding the best value was mandatory. I had a $50 visa gift card from christmas, a coupon code for tirebuyer.com, and goodyear had a rebate deal so I was able to afford decent tires.I got more than decent! These tires make a HUGE difference. I make it around the roads and up steep hills with ease. I have not felt slipping yet. Highway or in town. The drive is smooth. I feel a difference. I'm so glad I made the choice to be safety conscious. Not only do I feel more confident on the road I have a better than expected winter tire. January 9, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5by Love these tires! Although my car has AWD, I was skidding through intersections, sliding around corners and failing to make it up snowier parts of my driveway on my (brand new) all season tires last winter, so I decided it was time to get a set of good winter tires. I love these Goodyear Ultra Grip Winter tires! So far, I have driven on them in dry conditions, snow (1-2 foot-high snow drifts), slush and ice. I feel very confident driving on these tires: they have performed beyond my expectations in all conditions. When I brake, I stop. When I accelerate, I move and only rarely do the tires spin a bit before I get going. The car slides a bit going around corners on ice and in deep slush, but I always feel in control. I briefly got stuck in a ~1-2 foot snow drift (higher than the ground clearance of my car), but once the tires found something to grip, they propelled me through. The tires even performed well in -30 degree weather. December 12, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5by Good budget tire Overall, it is a good, moderately priced tire. It is not very noisy compared to my last tires and the ride is nice and plush. Handling has suffered a bit due to the soft sidewalls, but after about a week of driving I don't even notice a difference. I've tried these tires out in light snow, slush, ice, deep snow, dirt, and mud. Awesome traction in all of the above! If you spend a lot of time driving on ice I would recommend getting them studded. The lack of siping makes this tire less grippy than some Blizzaks or even the Altimax, and I have yet to see how it wears, but for the price I think they are great. November 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5by Excellent way to purchase tires! I have not as yet driven in snow, but I feel confident this tire will respond well because it gives a "solid" feel in all other road conditions. Ride comfort is not like riding on a cloud, but then it is a snow tire! In this area All Season tires are usually sufficient, but a severe winter is predicted, so, I thought that real snow tires would be a wise purchase! Purchasing tires through this company is efficient and delivery is fast! I will purchase my tires in the future from this company. Thank you. November 18, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5by Very happy with purchase I was impressed with the price and then the speed with which the tires arrived. They are much quieter than the tires they replaced. I have only driven them on snowy roads twice so far, but the car handled well. I have told family and friends to check out Tire Buyer when they need tires. This is the second set of tires we have bought this fall -- a set for my husband's car was purchased first, and that experience convinced me this was the way to go. November 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5by winter is here! Colorado winter has hit, and it has hit hard! Two days of snow and still falling! After going one winter with new all-terrain tires (the cheapest Big O offered) that were decent in the snow and the following winter when they were less so, it is amazing to have these tires on my car! I feel confident driving in the snow and do not worry about getting stuck in my driveway. Not only were these tires priced well but I also got a discount from a winter promotion and a rebate from Goodyear! November 13, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5by not bad for the price To be honest if you just want affordable snow tires to get you through winter these tires are good enough , no need to go out and buy the expensive ones , they do the job just like all the others snow tires . they're a little lousy on dry but other then that they handle the snow and ice pretty well and I'm happy with them . Rated 5 out of 5by RETIRED No negative reviews @ 1010tires.com . I had Pirelli P4 Four Seasons, which rumbled like an airplane propeller and shook the whole car for years until the tires wore down. Every crack in the road smacked the car like a 2X4; eventually I had to replace the rack & pinion. But the steering was super tight and I could corner at 35 mph. These GoodYear UltraGrips have a softer sidewall, resulting in a smoother, quieter ride but also a little bit of sway on the highway. The traction is superb. The only slippage so far was on ice, and it was minimal. While I still had the Pirellis on, I slid right through the same stop sign/intersection. I got the UltraGrips installed ASAP after that near-miss. February 28, 2013

So far so good....

I ordered these tires online from TireBuyer.com and they were delivered overnight. Great customer service. As far as the tires go, I have had them installed for about 3 weeks now and so far so good.
