Rated 4 out of 5 by A good tire---but! I purchased the Latitude Tour, based on dealer recommendations, for a 2006 Tahoe Z71 that is used on a variety of roads, i.e. expressway, state roads, gravel, etc.. The Latitude Tours replaced a set of Michelin LTX tires with 83,000 miles on them, and an average residual of 4/32 of tread left on all four tires. The Latitude Tours currently have 46,000 plus miles on them and I should get another 20,000 miles without any problems. They ride good, they are quite, give good traction in the wet weather and snow, and I believe they are doing what they were engineered for. However, when I need a new set of tires, I will go back to the Michelin LTX tires. My discontent with the Latitude Tour is that when turning sharply in the Tahoe, in a parking lot or parking deck, you can feel the sidewalls roll over and slide. The Tahoe, with 4 wheel drive, is a heavy vehicle, and needs a tire with a stiffer sidewall. The Latitude Tour is designed for a lighter SUV or Crossover to provide a smooth ride. I will still recommend the tire, but subject to the application. March 30, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Noisy and low mileage Installed four new latitude tour on my 09 Tacoma 4x4 in Dec/11. Now have 75000 km wear and concerned will not pass inspection this Nov/14, not getting expected mileage. Have rotated tires every oil change at selling dealer where also bought truck. Other complaint is tire noise, started about a year ago, very noisy on some pavement and very noisy over 100 kph. September 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent tire I own a 2010 GMC Terrain SLE with the original Michelin Latitude Tour tires. My mileage is at 48,000. I have religiously rotated my tires every other oil change. I would not be replacing these as there is still ample tread on these tires. But I live in Pennsylvania and the winters can be a little tough. I just called the local tire dealer and he stated that no one in this area gets 50,000 miles out of a tire. PA has some of the worst roads in the country. I will be replacing these next week, but so pleased with the mileage I have received out of them. September 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by I would buy this tire again. I just replaced the original tires on my vechile after putting 142,010 miles on them. These are excellent tires. I would not purchase any other brand. I would recommend these tires to everyone. September 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Longest Wear of Any Tire I've Ever Owned After 96,000+ miles, I am still riding on the original tires (235R70-16) that came on my 2010 Ford Escape 4WD! I expect 40,000 miles out of any good set of tires, and am pleased when I can go 50,000 miles or more. But, I will easily see 100,000 miles and will still have some wear remaining before any of the wear bars show... unbelievable! Contributing to the phenomenal wear I am experiencing on this set is the fact that most of these miles are interstate highway miles. This means very little stopping and turning compared to city driving. The tires have been rotated at least every 10,000 miles. I had the alignment checked once at about 50,000 miles and it was spot-on. I also had the tires rebalanced then, but only one of the four even needed any adjustment. My only disappointment is that they have gotten a bit noisier at highway speeds over the past 20,000 miles or so, but they still ride and handle great in all road conditions. I put my first set of Michelins on a 1973 Super Beetle back in the mid-70's, and they have been my preferred tire brand ever since! August 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Long Lasting Tires 73000 Miles This tire is rated for 65000. I changed them out at 73000. You cannot go wrong with a Michelin tire. Michelin is always my first choice if available for my auto. I just purchased a new set of the same tires for my vehicle again. They are also a good tire for fuel economy. September 11, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 My Michelins I am an avid Michelin buyer/user and very recently updated my Volvo XC90 with new Michelins. I have two SUV's and both serve as morning and afternoon school buses to our two daughters that we transport to and from school daily. In Northern New Mexico we experience all four seasons every year - high packing snow in the winter to 100 degree days in the summer. This particular summer has been very wet and the tires have performed without pause. Over the course of the last 12-months, my daily travel has included winding mountain roads both uphill and downhill, wet and dry. The grip and handling has been great and I feel comfortable behind the wheel as does my wife as she transports our most valued cargo - our two beautiful daughters. I have been offered other deals on other brand names, but I have yet to be open to the prospect of trusting another name given my experience with Michelin. Thank you Michelin for taking me and my family through the roads of life. Through wind, rain or snow...no matter the condition, I am confident driving with Michelin tires on our vehicles. Rated 5 out of 5 by Good choice for Chevy as OEM I just changed the Michelin Latitude Touring tire out at almost 48,000 miles. I could have went another 4 or 5 thousand but with the promo sale I opted to go ahead and replace them. I do a lot of interstate driving as well as secondary road driving so I spend quiet a bit of time on the road. With the N.C. back roads the tires take a beating but the Michelin prove to soften the ride. I have owned more than 8 vehicles and since I have owned a couple vehicles with Michelin's, if I can help it I will always go with them as my first choice. They may cost more but they last twice as longer and give a great added performance, handling and comfortable ride that is worth it. They have proved the added research and technology is the best in the industry. I replaced the Latitude with a set of Michelin Defenders because of the warranty being so high and just within the 30 miles home from the shop...I like them already. May 25, 2013

TIREBUYER CUSTOMER REVIEWS

So far so good....

I ordered these tires online from TireBuyer.com and they were delivered overnight. Great customer service. As far as the tires go, I have had them installed for about 3 weeks now and so far so good.
