Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent tire for 67 Mustang I wanted to find a whitewall tire in an "old" size (215/70-14; original was F70-14) to fit my 67 Mustang (keep that classic look). It had a Korean brand on it from last change - not bad tires, but "Sumitomo" isn't quite what I wanted on the sidewall of the Mustang. These Uniroyals had the highest wear rating of all the tires I could find in this size (especially with whitewalls), and the whitewalls are a good size for the classic Mustang. I haven't put many miles on them yet, but they are comfortable tires, quiet (as far as I can tell - that 289 rumble really drowns out a lot of road noise!), and seem to have very good traction to boot (at least on dry roads; haven't driven them in the rain). All in all, I'm very pleased with the purchase, and would recommend these tires to anyone looking to put a whitewall tire on a classic Mustang (or any other "classic" car that needs thin whitewalls to complement the classic look while retaining the advantages of a modern radial tire design). And the price was excellent, too! August 10, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by good tire for money First let me say these tires are installed on my 1964 Chevy Impala which drives like a boat, so my ratings for steering feel and ride comfort are hard to compare to what these tires would be like on another car. The tires are quiet , but have a fairly aggressive tread pattern, so I believe they would do well in all types of driving. My installer has a tire balancer that measures the runout [ roundness] of the tire wheel combination. He had to breakdown and rotate all four tires on the rim after initial balancing test to obtain the the least runout and therefore use the least amount of weights. I don't know how much of this can be contributed to the tires and how much to the 47 year old original rims. That being said the tires ride perfectly smooth and I have had good service out of Uniroyal tires I have previously purchased. September 14, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Tiger Paw Whitewall 75 series These Tiger Paw WHITEWALLS are quiet and the ride is noticeably softer after replacing my old GOODYEAR WHITEWALL tires that were 12 years old - still with lots of tread but hard and dry-rotted. Very satisfied with these whitewall tires. Good looking Tiger Paw Whitepall tire has some detail in appearance of a touring tire but still looks like it will be OK in moderate Ohio snow. These tires were installed on a low-mile 1991 car that is not used every day. One new tire arrived with a defect in the whitewall. Be certain to inspect the whitewall of each tire. Best whitewall tire I could find in my size. Tirebuyer.com immediately replaced the defective tire and sent FEDEX to my door for free pickup for return. October 30, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by outstanding this is the 4th set of uniroyal tigerpaws including the set that came on the truck when i bought it new in 1998. most of my miles are over-the-road, but the balance are on rural single lane gravel roads. i just clocked 195,000 miles on the first 3 sets of tigerpaws; you do the math. Rated 5 out of 5 by well satisfied. I work as an auto Mechanic and I mounted and balanced these tire myself .They took very little weight to balance them and on the road test after wards, the ride was smooth and comfortable with good handling characteristics. January 5, 2011

So far so good....

I ordered these tires online from TireBuyer.com and they were delivered overnight. Great customer service. As far as the tires go, I have had them installed for about 3 weeks now and so far so good.
