Consider the Michelin Latitude Tour HP tire for your crossover or SUV if you want strong all-season traction, precise handling, and a quiet, comfortable ride. The tire features FAZ Technology, which adds polyester and aramid/nylon filaments under the tread for improved high-speed handling (aramid is the material that makes bulletproof vests bulletproof). The Latitude’s fuel-efficient shape and tread compounds can save you money at the pump, too.

  • 2D active sipes improve handling in rain and snow by locking together for greater rigidity
  • FAZ Technology™ adds precisely placed polyester and aramid/nylon filaments for stability and crisp steering at high speeds
  • Stiff center tread blocks for precise handling
  • Wide circumferential grooves help prevent hydroplaning
  • Special tread compound promotes excellent wet handling and balancing while helping save on fuel
  • Tapered shoulder for improved traction in turns

Rated 5 out of 5by love 'em I live in Colorado and get a decent amount of snow - unfortunately I need to drive on the highways for work so I didn't want to get a pair of dedicated snows...these all-seasons have worked wonderfully so far. Last year I went w/ a different brand of all-seasons and slid all the time. Now I'm much more confident driving in the snow and my X5 has had no sliding or problems whatsoever. As for TireBuyer - they were recommended by a friend and I'm so glad I listened. They tires were shipped (for free!) to my house which seriously took like 2 days and then I paid $50 to have them mounted. I ended up saving probably about $300-$400 not to mention I had them on and running probably 3-4 days earlier than any local tire store could because my tires(staggered) ALWAYs have to be special ordered. One wouldn't think having tires shipped to your house would be quicker but it definately is, esp if your needing a more uncommon size. I highly, highly recommend. The free shipping makes a HUGE difference, and the fact they came so quickly was just another bonus. Will buy all my tires from here from now on. A+ January 24, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5by Excellent purchase. Tire Buyer is wonderful. I purchased these tires as replacements for the OEM tires that came on my Lexus GX. I was very disappointed by the OEM mileage that I got out of them, but I could not overlook the traction, quietness and overall handling. Although I looked at many other brands as a possible replacement, I felt staying with the Michelin's was worth a try.So far with only 1,000 miles on the new tires, my SUV rides like it did when it was new. Steering feel is great, no road noise, and overall ride quality is excellent.I can tell you that after the first tire rotation with the OEM Michelins, the car begin to have a mind of its own. Tires would track any little irregularity in the road, tires bounced around alot, and dispite multiple visits for balancing the bounce never went away.I am hoping to get more than the 15,000 miles out of these new tires than I did with the original OEMs. Only time will tell, but for a luxury SUV where ride is critical, these tires can't be beat. Rated 4 out of 5 This tire replaced the ... This tire replaced the stock tires on my 2006 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab LX. The original tires lasted 60,000 miles which was pretty impressive. I could have gotten 5,000 more miles easily out of them. Got the Michelin Latitude Tour HP - P265 / 60R-18 110H MBZ and could not be happier with my choice. I do very little off road driving (which really amounts to fire roads), so highway driving was more important to me. These tires are noticeably a lot quieter and smoother with a noticeable better grip in corners. In So Cal, we have very little rain, so the small amount we have shows these tires to perform very excellent. My fuel economy has increased about 1 mile per gallon. I have only put 5,500 miles on them since purchasing them 2 months ago and have already rotated them once. So far, these tires were a great choice. I also researched tires for several months before purchasing them, because once you buy them, you are stuck with them for a long time. I also went plus 1 on the size over stock. November 11, 2010
Rated 4 out of 5by Excellent handling but low mileage They came as a stock tires on my 2009 Tiguan. 215/65 R16 X-green. Handling and fuel efficiency are good but now the car has only 67,000 km and only 5 mm left on the tires. Will have to replace them before winter. They are very soft and the ride is soft but I would probably prefer to have a little less soft tires for better feel of the car and longer life. I expected them to last at least 80k as the stock tires on my wife's Rabbit but they are not even close to 80k. I will probably go for another brand unless Michelin gives me a discount on a set of new Latitude Tour HP. After all the ride is very soft and it's important for my little kids. September 17, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 Driving Better with New Latitude Tour HP I felt so good that like to share my experience here. The difference in driving after changing 4 tires on my Lexus RX 350--it's not only very comfortable in driving but with also acoustically. I can hear better my music with less road noise. Great!!! Rated 2 out of 5by Latitude Tour HP tires I drive a 2007 Acura MDX which came equipped with Michelin Latitude Tour HP. I liked the OEM tires and when the time came to replace my tires, I replaced them with like tires, Michelin Latitude Tour HP. After 30 K miles, the tires have become extremely noisy and if not for the tread remaining on the tires, I would replace them with a different type or brand. At highway speed, the noise generated from the tires drives me crazy, I think I'm driving a 18 wheel truck instead of a luxury SUV. I have always purchased Michelin tires and find their tires to be a quality product however, should I replace my current tires, Michelin Latitude Tour HP would not be the tire I would choose. Rated 5 out of 5 Great Product I just replaced a set of Latitude Tour HP's on my 2010 Sport Trac Adrenalin with another set of the same tire. The tires went past the 55000 mile warranty to 66000 miles before reaching the wear indicators. That's more than twice the miles I got out of the factory originals on the vehicle when I bought it new. The treads wore evenly and gave a much better ride, handling, and less road noise than the factory originals also. The Latitude Tour HP is a very good tire. September 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5by Great Ride I bought a new SUV/Crossover in November of 2012 and I was thrilled when it came with Michelin tires. I've been a user of Michelin tires for years and have extensive experience with them on both SUV/4-wheel drive/AWD and sports cars. The Latitude tires perform great, they got around in the Colorado winter snow season with no trouble on my new AWD vehicle. I took a 3,000 mile road trip about three months after getting the vehicle and the ride was exceptional - smooth and quiet. They handle well and the cornering and traction that they provide in all conditions is second to none. The tires now have over 12,000 miles on them and show little sign of wear, I expect that they will have a great lifespan. When these tires wear out, I will definitely replace them with another set of Michelin tires. Based on my experience with this set (as well as a number of prior sets of Michelin tires) I highly recommend Michelin tires for their performance, ride and durability. August 7, 2013

So far so good....

I ordered these tires online from TireBuyer.com and they were delivered overnight. Great customer service. As far as the tires go, I have had them installed for about 3 weeks now and so far so good.
