Nitto’s Mud Grappler was made for exploring -- no matter what you throw at it, this tire will get you through the most extreme terrain. The tread blocks are designed so that lugs are biting the ground at all times, and strengthened to improve handling and stability when you’re back on the road. Massive side lugs protect against punctures from trail obstacles. And the “bone-crushing” tread and lizard skin lugs are some of the coolest designs we’ve seen.

  • Three-ply polyester sidewall construction helps protect against punctures
  • High-strength steel belt tread package for durability
  • High void ratio efficiently clears mud and dirt from the tread for excellent traction in rough terrain
  • Two sidewall designs on each tire, so you can choose “lizard skin” lugs or plain lugs
  • Tread Life Warranty: Varies based on speed rating
  • Uniformity Warranty: First 1/32 Even Wear, 2 Tires Permitted
  • Workmanship Material Warranty: 60 Month First 25% Free Replacment
  • Manufacture's Hazard Warranty:
  • Test Drive Warranty: N/A
  • Manufacture's Special Warranty: N/A

Rated 4.7 out of 5by 46reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5by Great tires, and great experience This is a very beefy tire. I did not necessarily want this extreme of a mud tire, but at the time I placed my order, the other brand tire was on national back-order. So, I settled for this one. My main goals were price and tread mileage. I've read some reviews stating these tires can last up to 60k miles through proper rotation and maintenance, and if I get that from these, then I'll be happy. With my 8" wide rims, I don't feel a lot of sidewall flex with these tires. They seem to have very good dry traction, but I can't comment on wet traction because it hasn't rained here in the last few weeks. These are extreme mud tires so the road noise is definitely there, but it isn't as bad as I was expecting. It sounds more like a small airplane coming in, rather than Super Swampers, so I am OK with the noise. The aggressive sidewall is a plus, and something I wanted to help with looks on the truck. If the tread-wear is good, I don't see how these tires could be a bad choice. November 1, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5by President This is one of the best all around off road tire on the market. I have owned them for over two years, the wear is excellent for such an aggressive tire, the off road prowl-ness no matter what the terrain is excellent and I highly reccommend this tire to anyone that desires the best of both worlds. Meaning a highway and off road extremely capable tire. I have been fortunate enough to experience the capability of these tires in most conditions with my H2, from towing my race car, occasionally hitting the trails to one of my most memorable experiences when I had to travel 200 miles at night in white-out/blizzard conditions. The tire just ultimately outperforms any that I have experienced. January 3, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5by Nittos rock! I've only had them for a little while but man what a difference from my Toyo M/Ts.Smoother ride, grip amazingly off-road, and sick looks! September 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5by Nitto Mud Grapplers I drive a lifted 95 F250 powerstroke. Previously I had 37" Toyo Open Country's on the truck with a 20" pro comp wheel. This time I went with the 37" Nitto Mud Grapplers with a 22" rim for Moto Metal 962s. I love the loudness of the tire but also how well it rides and grips in the mud. I will definitely buy these tires again but next time I'm going up to 40s! July 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5by Mudgrapplers These are the best tires out for offroad & street use,I have 3 sets of mud grapplers now, 2 sets of 38/15.50/15 on offroad k5 blazer's that I do also drive on the street & I also have 35/12.5/17s on a 1ton suburban that I tow with.they are great in the mud & trails also.i would highly recommend these to anybody that wants an aggressive tire, they perform just as good as super swampers offroad & better on the road!! Rated 5 out of 5by fell in love the day I bought them I had these tires for two years bought them with like 40% tread ran out of tread and I bought these. Best deal I found and overall mean look with great traction amazing off roading tires. Make sure to rotate them to wear tread out evenly. Would buy again best tires I ever had May 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5by Great tires! I got about 49K miles out of a set. I love the 'stance' of the tire. I have a lifted truck and did not want to install huge tires. The Nitto, Mud Grappler has a wide appearance. April 28, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5by Great tires! Nitto is number 1 Had these tires for two years and love them. For about a year i was driving the truck everyday and mudding whenever i got a chance. They are just about time for a new set. But if dont like noise dont get them cause people can hear me from a couple miles away. June 27, 2011

TIREBUYER CUSTOMER REVIEWS

So far so good....

I ordered these tires online from TireBuyer.com and they were delivered overnight. Great customer service. As far as the tires go, I have had them installed for about 3 weeks now and so far so good.
